Bluetooth headphones

I got a Bluetooth headphones which doesn't support aptx codec. When I connect them to pc it gives me headphones or headset. I know duplex high bit communication is not possible.

But I want to use only speaker and use my laptop mic. But moment I connect them to laptop I can't find my laptop microphone array.

Please help me as I don't want push to talk in games
