It's, um, something Samsung put there? I have no idea. I'd guess that it's one of the many little apps Samsung and other brands install so other apps like the camera or launcher can use them. 

Yes, it's 2871 as in the year 2871. I traveled all this way, back in time, just to help you. And you thought your mama lied when she said you were special. -_-
