1080 ti overclock help

Here is what I got my msi 1080 ti duke card to by just putting core voltage, power limit and temp limit to max, core clock +200  and memory clock +500. Any advice on how to go further? I just used whatever points to start with. I get to 9504 in 3d mark with my cpu (8700k) at 4.9 GHZ and my 2400 ram overlclocked to 2933

What are CPU and GPU temps under load? Also make sure there's no artifacting because otherwise your GPU overclock is good for nothing.

GPU gets to 85 C and CPU gets to 80 in aida 64

I wouldn't let GPU temps get past 87C.

 

For your AIDA64 test, did you stress the FPU as well?

I clicked everything on it, CPu, FPU cache memeory local disks and gpu

Then I wouldn't hesitate from overclocking the CPU a bit more (up till a max CPU temp of 85C)

Crank fans to 100% on your GPU in MSI Afterburner it will help massively.
