Razor Synapes and Wallpapers

In Short: I want to make the lights on my keyboard, and behind my monitor change colors, while the background on my monitors changes as well.
way back in the window vista days, I had done this with a bat file that would change my wallpaper ever 15 minutes, the reason I had to use a bat file was the windows slideshow option would assign the photos I wanted in a random order and pictures did not line up between monitors. But I had found a cmd line that let it work, by assigning each photo, to a specific monitor.

 

I now see Razor Synapes 3.0 lets you make macros using a "Run Command" function. It allows loops and such as well. It isnt letting me change my lighting effects at the same time, nor is it letting me change my wall paper properly.

 

I am just wondering if anyone has any idea how I can Switch Chroma Profiles and have it swap my wallpaper at the same time.
