So i bought a Philips Hue bridge and lightstrip to Brighten up my setup but for some reason whenever i try the app and try to connect to said bridge it wont dectect anyone know how to fix this

The thing is yes it’s connected Via Ethernet but since PLDT can they basically killed the other Ethernet ports so there is only one working so I got an extender so I would have 7 more ports do you think that may be one of the problems?
