What are you excited for in 2014?

1) Gsync (I have a 1080p monitor, but my next one will be a 2560x1440 IPS with GSYNC)

2) half-life 3 (maybe).. Watchdogs, the division, thief, star citizen dogfight module, titanfal, witcher 3, dying light and more games that I'm probably forgetting.

3) 5930K (8 haswell cores in a fully unlocked chip that wouldn't break the bank)

4)800 series and 300 series will be interesting, but I'm probably not going to replace my 780, I might SLI it in the future.

5) DDR4 doesn't thrill me yet on desktop, but the better efficiency will make it interesting for mobile (again not expecting something major, but if it improves battery life it gets my thumbs up), and I'm interested to see where it leads us (I don't think we will see DDR4 in phones yet in 2014, but 2015 maybe.. let's see where Qualcomm takes us)

6) Google to switch to VP9 codac. (starting by the end of 2014)

7) 4K camcorder under $1000 that actually looks significantly better than existing 1080P camcorders..

8) mantle.. we all want to see where it leads.

9) next gen APUs.

10) I'm also hoping someone will find a way to install windows or on a ps4.. it could be very nice value..
