HELP ACTIVE DIRECTORY REFUSES TO WORK!!!

I see. Did you already put the IP address of the domain controller as the preferred or alternate DNS server address of that computer? I'm guessing that whatever the DNS server your computer is pointed to cannot resolve (or find) the IP address of kromstars, which is why you're getting that error.

After that, open a command prompt and then run "ipconfig /flushdns". Then try to join the computer again to the domain.
