The apartment manager uses a microphone to provide internet to each room. Im using the windows hotspot feature to spread the internet in the room so that I could use it for my smartphone and others.
And im wondering if I can use the old router to spread the internet. Because the method of turning on the computer to be able to use the internet in the bathroom is very impractical. I've tried using the access point method, but every time I use wifi obtained from a router connected to the proxy, the login page always appears to log in to the proxy network. While in windows hotspot once logged into the proxy, I can use it with various devices once I loged in. And 1 user only for 1 user for each specific IP.
The router that I use is Totolink N100RE.

Sorry for messy English.

It sounds to me like you want a proper router, not an AP. The way you are using the Windows Hotspot is acting like a router.

Try reseting the Totolink to default and use it in “Gateway” mode.
