Audible Buzzing behind microphone

Hi,

I have a Behringer 1024 USB mixer, I connect it to my PC via the aux output and that's how its always been and has to be for me to get the functionality out of my mixer, Just recently more than before I've noticed for the people on the other end it buzz's a lot, I can listen to my microphone output through the mixer and it is crystal clear, so it is not the microphone or microphone XLR cable, it is between the PC and the mixer output, someone told me, if it is a ground loop, if it is created by the mixer, a ground loop isolator will fix/help the situation however if the pc is creating the ground loop an isolator will not. I'm not sure how true that is, I am essentially asking for some advice on what to do, I'd be happy to buy a sound card if that had a high chance of resolving the situation.

Some of you may say to use USB, however, I can not output ALT 3-4 on my mixer through USB else I would, if I can, let me know!

I hope I can get this sorted soon as it is highly frustrating.

Thanks,

Oli
