Hi, Untill now im still experiencing double POST on my PC (Twice restart before booting), I already checked different forums and all their best answer were applied.

1.) Detached Everything (RAM, VIDEO CARD, PROCESSOR, PSU, HDD)

2.) Booting per parts, im booting one by one RAM, VIDEO CARD, PROCESSOR, PSU, HDD to check if the problem was one of the parts.

3.) Updating and downgrading the bios, From F4- F8 gigabyte bios site.

4.) I overclocked to 3.8, but reset to auto and down grade to 2.6ghz, and wont work

Until now, im still checking for the solution on Double POST of my PC. Hope this forum would help me.

So far im running with F8 bios, i7 8700 3.2 auto no overclocked. my mobo is Z370 HD3P

If its a Gigabyte board I am going to assume it has a dual BIOS chip. It's possible that you have unstable overclock settings that causes  it to fail on boot and switch over to the other chip. Reset the CMOS and see if that fixes it.

When did you notice the problem? Is it a new board doing this? Did it start right after the overclock?

When I have bought it 2nd hand, thought it was just a RAM problem.  I Saw some forum for ASUS turn on APM, but theres no option APM in the bios.
