CPU for Android and Game Dev

Hi,

 

I'm planning to build budget workstation for Game and Android Dev.

I'm working in Android Studio and Unity/Unreal Engine.

From time to time I also work in Visual Studio on .NET apps.

 

Is it enough to buy i5 8600K or do I need i7 8700 or Ryzen 2700X (same price), and what is my best option.
