Computer BSOD. Missing driver when booting back up.

My computer just gave me a BSOD with the error code Driver_IRQl_Not_Less_Or_Equal. After i booted the system back up it said that the driver at Windows\System32\driver\partmgr.sys.

What I am confused about is whether this is a network driver issue which is what googling the stop code says is wrong or if its a windows partition problem because that's what the partmgr.sys is for.

If anyone has any knowledge about these things id greatly appreciate your help here!

One place to start looking for the cause would be the device manager. Open the device manager and check to see of any of the devices listed is marked as being funky or needing an update.
