C-MEDIA CMI8738 win10 problem (SOLVED BY ITSELF)

OS: WINDOWS 10 Pro x64 (1803)

DEVICE: C-MEDIA CMI8738 (PCI sound card)

 

So the problem is... The application for Sound Card settings aren't working at all, the thing is it was working before. I reinstalled drivers (in compatability mode because C-MEDIA doesn't support drivers for this devices for win8 and up), the aplication appeared in Control Panel but it just won't launch. I have a few ideas of work around but still need help with something.

 

I want to try and launch it in compatability mode as well, but since the file is in the control panel I cannot do that, nor find file location. Any idea on how to find the executable file?
