Before we get I to detail, here are my pc specs:

CPU: i9 7900x @3.30 Ghz

GPU: EVGA 1080 TI Hybrid

CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro H150i

Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX x299 E-Gaming

RAM: 32gb G.Skill DDR4 3200

SSD: Sandisk 1Tb

HDD: WD Black 4TB Performance

PSU: Cougar CMX 1000W

It all started a week ago, when I would play games or watch videos I would get random display freezes which made my PC unresponsive and crash so I would shut down my PC via PSU power switch and restart and play once again until it would crash again. Until 3 days ago that I tried to turn my PC on that it wouldn't get past the BIOS or let me get into the BIOS whatsoever. I've tried to get into BIOS so many times but to no avail.

I do get q codes from my mobo such as A2 or 9C and done what I've read the mobo manual and searched through some past post but It shows no positive results. I have no idea what to try next so any help would be appreciated deeply. I'll attach some pictures as well.

If you need any other information I'll be happy to provide you with it.

@Pooders did you clear cmos?

also can you try a different PSU? it seems to not be getting enough power for boot. gaming is highest power draw besides benchmarking or booting

also unplug power from wall 4 about a min. you might be in voltage protection mode.

@STRESSMASTER I have not tried to clear the cmos yet which I will do, I also ordered a new PSU which is 1600W instead of 1000W.

@xAcid9 Tried that at first but it does the same thing.

um you really really don't want a 1600W you will spend higher cost of electricity. you also don't need anything more than 850w and this would be for a SLi 1080ti system with both 1080ti's pulling 250w-300w TDP =600W and 250W for the CPU and mobo.

SSD=5w-8w

HDD = 10w to 25w

nvme =5w to 10w

cpu is normally 65w to 125w unless your overclocking you would add about 50w to 100w extra

mobo about 10w to 20w
