Knowing Nvidia, they will NOT let third-party cards come out before their "beloved" FE cards. You're going to have to wait on the 2080 TI, whether you're going for FE, or 3rd party.

Actually NO it will not delay 3rd parties. They already have legal obligations to fulfill. a pre-order is a legal contract and companies can get into serious $$$$ if they don't follow through. however that said new cards NOT pre-ordered maybe delayed by a week on eveyone.

@STRESSMASTER pre-odering in the agreements when you do so they can delay the launch. think about it for games. BF5 is delayed and the few if not none (lol) will just have to suck it up and wait. they are the controlling party and those who kick up a fuss will either have their order cancelled or just told to shut up and is taken down by pointing out that with their order clause there will be statements saying that 'x' 'y' 'z' we cannot so go shove it. pretty much

Ture for software. However HW has a completely different set of laws. And these laws do differ by country and by state. would a normal person actually sue... no.... but if it was delayed for a extremely long time... probably...

wanted to know because as you said its different over there. legal proceeding are more black and white somewhat. in UK it can be bent and swayed in either direction within reason. @STRESSMASTER
