I need some help

Guys Im planning on buying a new rig. But I have 3 options which cost nearly the same and Im not sure which is the best for 1080p144Hz gaming.

 

Main differences are:

First one has i5 8400 and Gtx 1080

Second one has i7 8700 and Gtx 1070 ti (Cheaper than the rest)

Third one has i7 8700k and Gtx 1070 ti

 

Im thinking the third one is the best but Im not sure if first one can perform any better.

The first one has the best GPU, the third one has the best CPU. Only problem?

 

The 1070 TI is not much slower than the 1080. Go with #3.

Yeah but Im not sure if gtx 1080 one can do better. I've been checking benchmarks and I saw a significant difference between 8400 and 8700k but would it make up for lack of GPU performance?

A 1070 TI is on average only about 10% slower. So yes, the 8700K will more than make up for that.

I'd go with #2. The cpu is very close to a stock i7-8700K and one can save on motherboard and cpu cooler. Put the savings into more fast storage.
