Black screen flashes + delayed Audio

Has anyone experienced black screen flashes and delayed audio playback? It's almost like my display driver is out of date, but it's current. Also, I have noticed when I start a song or a youtube video the audio for the video is delayed about a second. The first moment of every song and youtube video has no audio and then it's in sync. 

 

It's really minor, but it's something I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced? Kind of annoying. Random black screen cut outs for maybe a tenth of a second (during general browsing, media consumption and Microsoft office workflow) and delayed audio.
