Hi,

After a Windows update, my laptop has a black screen, external display also shows a black screen. I did some searching around and saw on the EVGA forums that a BIOS update is needed and it seems to fix the problem for everyone. The problem is that I cannot access the BIOS. I drained the battery to make sure the laptop was fully switched off instead of being in sleep mode. I then switched on the laptop and pressed F2 multiple times but it doesnt enter the BIOS, or does but I cannot see it.

I guess I want to know what the problem is caused by and if there is a way to update the BIOS without entering the BIOS.

Kind regards,

Quido
