Capture Card suggestions

Hi guys, I was just wondering if any of you had a suggestion for a capture card. Sometimes I'd like to show friends or others the game I am playing and blah blah blah.

So, I personally only know of El Gato capture cards, but they don't always have the best reviews.

 

So which one do you all recommend?
