Hi,someone can give me advice about these monitors?

Dell P2419H

Acer Nitro VG240Ybmiix

Both are ~24",FHD,~5ms,60/75 Hz,IPS

Or there are any good monitors around 150 eu/170usd which have the same parameters,i want the best around this price i don't wanna regret it.I have an old LG 22" TN monitor still working but i get bored with the colours and the view angles so i would like to buy a new one and use that as a second monitor.I will use the new monitor with everyday usage +gaming(all kind of game),more Hz is always good,FHD because my gtx 950 cant handle 1440p,24" because i heard 27 is not enough sharp for FHD,IPS for the colours, moslty.And i heard about this ips glow,blacklight bleeding,i want to miss these if possible in this price.
