So im trying to install 64bit windows and im trying to use the media tool and installed it I used a PNY USB 3.0 32gb for the media tool

first i tried using boot menu, it says no OS was detected,

second, used bios to set my usb as my main drive it went to the window screen but it just stayed there.

anyone knows how to fix this problem?

Then I don't know what the problem is, sorry. It could be that this type of windows installer isn't supported by old hardware.
