Budget gpu for csgo streaming?

I need a budget gpu (under $100) to record / stream csgo. I am looking to get about 100 fps (again, i WANT, i just need 60fps ehile streaming with OBS) i will be upgrading it when i get the money, so the gpu anybody lists will just be for a few months (maybe a year) i will not be doing heavy gaming. (The most extensive game i want is Overwatch, but that is not necessary) i will be playing Lol, CSGO, TF2, Dota 2, just sinple games like that.. but i will be recording and sometimes streaming them. I want at least 60 fps while streming
