Pc restars after new gpu

Recently me beloved r9 270x died due a false power socket in my room then i bought one r9 280 

but when i start a game my pc restars 

my pc before my old gpu died usualy while playing games or just surfing restarts 

What can i do??

My specs 

fx 6300

16gb ram 

psu corsair vs 450

[VK707]

My best guess would be that your PSU cant handle the load. That system should push well past 450 watt under load i would try a different PSU if you can to make sure thats the problem.

 

The 280 eats quite a bit more wattage than the 270X, which probably didnt help ^^

 

In the future you may wanna take a look at a tool like http://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/

to estimate your draw and make sure your system can handle it.

true i have order a new psu but i am a bit nervous tha the restars might return ;p
