PC Freezing Troubleshooting

Hello I'm having some issues. Basically I would have 2 video games open and twitch open and my computer freezes for like 15 seconds, comes back and the sound and mic to my headphones are disabled. Went to the sound properties and it said my headphones were not plugged in. So I unplugged and re plugged back in and there was still no sound. I restarted my computer and everything works fine again. But the problem keeps persisting. Sometimes right after i turn on my computer it does it sometime 8 hours later it will do it. I've tried a lot of things.

1st I tried installing all drivers to pc

2nd I tried fresh install of windows

3rd I bought a new hard drive and installed windows and it still didn't work

4th turned down my overclock on the GPU. (I turned it off after a while and it still freezes)

5th I thought maybe it was some hardware issue so I stress tested the cpu and gpu using cinabench, heavenengine, and superposition benchmark. It didn't freeze through any of those tests.

6th I update Bios to recent version.

Maybe try to run AIDA64 stresstest or any similar diagnosing tool. It seems like your RAM might be unstable

thank you, ill give it a try but my computer isnt crashing its just freezing then coming back.
