cant internet browse ?

diffrent problem diffrent day.......

 

dont mind the duel display, but ive been trying to use internet and every time i get this screen and i dont even have protonvpn installed on my pc, i actually never had it installed for months, (because its a horrible vpn), any way of fixing this its been alot more then 5 mins

try resetting your networks setting by going to setting->Network and Internet->Proxy->Switch off use a proxy

if it is based of a software that you installed,try uninstalling it completely using IOBit's Free Uninstaller(it deletes all residue files hence removing all traces of the software,

Suspicious URL should be your first problem. Run the standard tests for malware, viruses, spyware, check browser extensions etc.

okay changed proxy settings = no fix

reinstalled protonvpn and uninstalled it wilth i0bit uninstaller= still no fix
