Question about Intel XTU

In XTU, if I undervolt too much and the laptop crashes XTU resets to these settings

However if I go to the "default" profile, and click show values it shows these

Which is correct? It's an i5-8300H on a shitty ASUS laptops that power limit throttles to 25W
