ok, so this is my set list of components for my build:

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x 

MOBO: MSI B450 Tomahawk ATX

GPU: ASUS Radeon rx580 8gb dual

PSU: Masterwatt 550 semifanless modular (was not available to show on pcpartpicker)

Case: Fractal design focus g

Storage and memory: idk yet, but i will be getting them for free, probably 16gb of ram, 1 tb hdd, and a 125 gb ssd.

Pc part picker says that everything is compatible, but is there anything that isn't ? also is there anything in the same price range but better, and is there anything i can maybe go for less expensive?

If there is a compatibility issue, it will be the RAM. What RAM do you have?

 

Also, I changed your power supply to a better one. Worth the $10 increase.

yea that's the only thing, idk yet, but it will be ddr4

Yes, although they are in the same PSU tier list, for $10 more, the Corsair is more efficient and reliable, and is also semi-modular!

so you're recommending switching the tomahawk for the pro? also, i have heard the rx580 armor does tend to overheat unlike the dual

No, I was just trying to save you a little bit of money. Tomahawk is a little better motherboard. If you can afford it, go for that one.
