Shuttering when playing game

Laptop Specs: used for 2 weeks

 - Intel core I5-8300H

 - NVidia GTX 1050ti

 - 8GB of RAM @ 2166GHz

 - 128 GB m.2 SSD : Boot drive

 - 1TB 5400rpm HDD : Game directory

 - Window 10 Home (64bit)

 

When I playing game, I sometime it freeze for 0.5 second. Both CPU and GPU are not 100% working and peek temp of the Graphic Card is 56.0 C 

- I noticed that when the game try to Read file form disk cause the game to shutter. So I guess that maybe I store game on a HDD may cause slowdown
