Looking for a 280x with a blue PCB, which on of these would be better?

I personally prefer the Sapphire one.

Sapphire, it's reliable since they have been making some beast cards lately, and it comes with a 320 gig hard drive, so that's a plus for the extra $20 you pay for the Sapphire over the Diamond

I have that card, for a time 1 fan vibrated at a specific speed, it was like 52% it started to vibrate, BUT as son as the speed went over that % or under it, the fan stabilized and is quiet again.

 

I re-installed the card making sure its perfectly flat, I haven't Heard that noise since.

I wouldn't get either, not worth $420...that's a complete rip off get a 770
