Hi,

Plz suggest me the best liquid cooling for my new cpu i9-7960x

My budget is around 150-200 usd

Why not just say in IDR?
Easier for us to recommend.

This is for 3d rendering and heavy workload (VFX work) video editing

I would increase the ram capacity and swap the psu in an instance.

 

 The corsair H115i Pro cools rather well even for an LGA 2066.

reference time 5:24 just in case it doesnt send you there in the embedded video.

 

i suggest delidding the thing and you should be able to pick up a cheaper cooler without much worry.
