problem with screen

so i ave a dell 1440p monitor and a smaller monitor from a netbook wich i converted to work on my pc. this is all well and good but my dell monitor has a green tint to it. my pc will boot,colours normal than after a few seconds it will change green. also if i change the htz in the settings this fixes it but only if i keep my computer forever turned on.

 

any suggestions to maybe whats the cause and how i can fix it

Dunno what might cause this. Have you tried color calibrating your monitor over your windows display settings? Maybe this might help.

yeah i have but its hard without an actual tool. plus it seems like if i can get rid of the tint it should be fine
