Thunderbolt ExpressCard Tool

Hey there!

I have a Lenovo Y560 Laptop with a 34mm ExpressCard Slot on it. I was wondering if there was a way to either make it thunderbol compatable with an adapter or have a GPU adapter card for the slot.

No, unfortunately you can't. Thunderbolt 1 is 10 Gbps (TB2 is 20, TB3 is 40 IIRC), while the fastest EC speed was 3.2 Gbps.
