So in almost all of the games I am playing, I am experiencing a stuttering and choppiness feeling. So today, I decided to monitor League of Legends, and what do you know, my frametime is out of this world and my fps keeps fluctuating. Even when I put an fps cap or limit on, it will just fluctuate below that point (for example: capped my fps to 144 on league of legends and it would just go down to 110is and not over 144), Frametime is also nowhere near stable. This happens for every game I play, not just league (DOOM, Overwatch, PUBG, CS:GO). Vsync is an option but I cannot play with that input lag on online competitive games. Have tried a million things to fix this but cannot figure out what (updated gpu drivers, defraged, scanned for viruses/malware, full windows 10 reset, etc.) Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you
