Recently i bought components for my new build, but don’t know what to do after assembling them. Which mode should i go with AHCI or RAID and other things.

here is the list 

Cpu- i7-8700k

motherboard- asus Z370E

Ram- corsair 32(16x2)gb @3000mhz

storage- samaung evo 970 m.2 250gb

            Samaung 860 series 2.5 inch 500gb SSD

            Toshiba 2TB HDD

cooling- corsair hydro H60 liquid cooling 

PSU- corsair RM750 80+ gold 

Graphic card- asus strix gtx 1080

CASE- corsair SPEC 03 

please help don’t know what bios  or boot setting should i choose.
