Geforce GT 730 Doesnt Work Right...

so i have a Dell Optiplex 755 and i got a GT 730 for it. i know its not that good of a GPU for gaming but it can game... but heres the thing the 730 cant run a simple game called Nekopara Vol.2 at all without slowing the hole PC down. in the video i link u can see whats going on..

now as u can tell i started the video with my 750ti just to see if it was the Dell thats the prop but as u can tell its not. its the same thing with FSX the game will run on the Dell with the 750ti but not with the 730 (it runs just like Nekopara) GTA5 will work at times but it will kick out a BD error every now and then. hell the 730's drivers crashed on this PC and other PC i know a few times to! hell on the other PC i tried the 730 the GPU crashed so hard the PC just turned off... im going to return this card to newegg but i'll like to know WTF is wrong with this card...

If you have 750 Ti.. Why did you buy 730?

Did you try to reinstall drivers by removing them using DDU first?

from your comment u didnt watch the video at all. simple. my Dell is a SFF and cant really fit a full size card so i neede the 730 i got. it u watched the video at all u would know this. plz watch the video before commenting u kinda look like a ass.
