Sims 3 freezing

So my Sims 3 keeps freezing every 10 seconds for around 3 seconds, this happened after i set the dog up for adoption. My savegame is on the Island Paradise island and i have now 1 Sim in my savegame.

The animations keep playing but that is all.

 

My PC will be more then enough for the 2009 Sims 3 i think ;)

Ryzen 5 1600

GTX 1050 Ti

8GB DDR4 2666MHz

Windows 10 Pro x64 1803 Dutch
