Unable to Captcha

For quite some time now when attempting to do picture captures it will give me the green check mark then tell me that the captcha is invalid.  My issue doesn't seem tied to one website but does seem exclusive to picture captchas.  I have also noticed that it normally really slow to load new captcha pictures.  I have found a work around but it is really inconvenient.  If I view a website with the captcha through Team Viewer on my Linux box I have no issues with the captcha.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions on what maybe causing my issue?
