I'm trying to buy through Amazon for the quick shipping, found two cheap boards for my 6700k.

MSI and ASUS

Don't see any major difference between the two except the ASUS is a Z270 chipset. Thoughts? Need a cheap board to replace the one I just murdered (physically not by frying it)

Also: What about a cooler? I have my h100i V2 but its old and I think its failing, the whole thing with my mobo breaking started with my CPU temps sitting in the 70s while playing WoW. I'm not gonna OC at all just need a cooler and mobo to hold me till next gen comes out. I'm thinking Cooler Master Hyper 212?

Do you actually see anything wrong with either board? Just looked into the ASUS board and it looks pretty fine, enough SATA connectors and even supports 3866mhz memory so my 3600mhz sticks won't go to waste! If there is something that I'm not noticing please do tell

Both have awful VRMS, spend a bit more and get a Prime Z370-A
