Intel XTU reverts itself

After 3-4 restarts intel xtu changes its settings by itself. When i open xtu, the apply button flashes, sometimes it increases the avx ratio offset or decreases core voltage to 0. Another issue is even though it displays -130mV core voltage offset on default (i don't know how that happens) there seems to be no decrease in my temps. Is the issue related to software? I'm using an 7700HQ.
