Hi, i have problem and i hope maybe you guys can help me. I had bought new ram memory for my pc and my old memory wanted to put on my sister pc. my motherboard is gigabyte GA-H81M-S2PH and had 2x4gb dram ddr3 with 1666mhz kingston. My sis PC have mothherboard foxconn G41MD and it is having only 2gb ddr3 ram, want to put my 2x4gb and from what i read It should be working but it is not. When i put even only 1x4gb it starts and shut down after a only one or two seconds, i can't even get to bios, if i put the old 2gb memory works fine. Any chance you can help me, i have found spec about both motherboard and it shouldnt be a problem i think. is it possible its the PSU but then again it is only memory not gpu or something like that. I saw that foxconn G41MD max supports 1333mhz but my pc only supports 1666mhz and i put 1866mhz and it works no problem. Please help
