Both of those builds will get the Job done. I would recommend the AMD build.

Why 1600x900? Why not 1920x1080 and medium settings? If you ever upgrade your pc you are stuck with a 1600p monitor

Oh and also go for the amd build. If you can spend alil more just go for a 2400g and a 1080p monitor
