Undervolting issues

mobo- asus rog b360-g

 

Everytime i attempt to undervolt in intel xtu i don't know what to look for to know if my undervolting is applied

any programs i should download to monitor voltages?

And is cinebench fine to test stability?

i only game.

New to undervolting as well and posted a similar topic. From what I understand, it should not thermal throttle and get more than 90c. I just check the graph when i stress test.
