@TheGlenlivet for recording it also gotta fullfill i want smooth recording not what i have now. I can barrely snipe/play with this lag (40 fps) yeah its a fps shooter soo than u need ur 60 you know

I doubt that you will be able to stream with this card. But the price is good. So maybe just give it a try at least for gaming?

STreaming, at least in my understanding, is more a function of the CPU than the GPU.  What CPU do you have and have you streamed successfully before?
