Steam Over Lay Issue

Hello everyone, so basically I have been playing ark windows 10 edition with my lads on xbox's. But the issue is I would really like to add it to steam as a non-steam game so I would be able to use the over lay steam has. But I cant gain access to the shootergames.exe file in the windows apps folder. I did gain access to the windows apps folder but shootergames.exe seems to be a challenge to get access too. It short I tried giving myself permissions to the file, but every time I attempt to access it I get a message stating I don't have permission, Thanks for the help!
