No post after sleep

Hey guys,

 

Ran into a weird problem, about a week ago, I made a fresh install of windows, via the tool Microsoft provided. 

 

The problem is when the computer go to sleep it would wake up but there's now display signal, so I reset and restart the machine, still no display signal. I take the graphics card out, still no signal, swap to HDMI, then it's fine, and I can switch back to display port again, both on via integrated graphics and gtx 970.
