IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high.  This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.

or

A pool header issue is a problem with Windows memory allocation. Device driver issues are probably the msot common, but this can have diverse causes including bad sectors or other disk write issues, and problems with some routers. It can also be caused by bad RAM.

tldr you might have a bad/wrong version of a driver installed or you have bad RAM.

Run Memtest against your RAM.

No idea what's going on, got a fresh install of windows, and steam and all, with old hard drive running my games. I will normal just get a windows has stopped working error thing, that I can just press cancel and it will go away, but I was watching a live stream on one screen, and playing Skyrim on my main one. All the sudden, both screens go black, and a sound loop. I turned my computer back on, and here's some info it told me.

So do an update of all motherboard BIOS and Drivers?

Or is it some other driver like a windows driver? Windows has been hating me so much.

Run Memtest86+ first. Then do all drives if the Memtest passes. Let Memtest run for 24 hours.

Any easier way than me burning it to a disk and running it? This will be my first time using it.

No, Memtest86+ is a bootable application. It must be ran from CD.

Alright, so I ran it all through last night, went to sleep wok up, and it was still running. It has 22,700 errors about.. I made a few vides on it if I need to upload them, but I honestly think the RAM is screwed. Do I need to let it run for 24Hrs to do anything, or if I see and error should I just close it? I did close it because I wanted my my computer back! D:

If you have errors you need to replace the Ram stick(s).
