I cant flash TWRP

I use a mi4 with the latest MUI9 stable inside.I have installed every driver possible,,google drivers,adb drivers.But it all comes to 2 errors.Please haaalp

xiaomi phones need xiaomi unlock tool to unlock the bootloader. you cant do it using fast boot.

next i suggest you follow the relevant guide on XDA to install TWRP and root binary

I have rooted this phone 5 times with the same methods. I have unlocked the bootloader from CMD @wasab

make sure that the mentioned dll is there. If it is start > search/runbox cmd right click run as admin 

cd .. un till you are below the programs directory then cd programs directory name and type this

 

regsvr32 /i ssleac32.dll and try running the program again it SHOULD work. If it does not uninstall delete and reinstall.
