New Build Help with CPU

Hello

Im planning on upgrading my old AMD rig for the Ryzen CPUs, for now I am planning on getting new MOBO as well as CPU and thats where i cant decide if i should go for R5 1500x, 1600, or 1600x. I live in UK and i have quite small budget as its only £400. For now i will use GTX 1050Ti as its the card i currently own as well as well as few SSD/HDD. Also should i get 8GB or 16 GB of RAM. The aim for this system is to play Triple A games on at least Medium with stable fps. The upgrade for future will be GTX1070Ti so i would be grateful if you can help me chose the CPU that wouldnt bottleneck the card.

 

My plan is to get

Asus ROG STRIX B450-F Gaming Mobo
