Will my system bottleneck?

Hello guys, atm I am running a I7-5930k @ 4Ghz and a GTX 980TI. But since the GPU is getting a bit old I wanted to upgrade to an upcoming GTX 1180ti(whenever that might come) and wanted to know if there might be a potential for bottlenecks and if I should maybe oc the CPU to maybe 4.5ghz to avoid it or if that is not necessary. I also plan to buy a new Monitor with the new GPU with a res of 2560x1440p cause I want a better res than 1080p but also still want to run mist games at 144hz at very high settings.
