Reboot enough times to where you can force Windows into the recovery options. From there you should be able to boot in a low-res mode and change your resolution back to whatever your monitor defaults to.

Just boot into safemode and delete the Graphics drivers with DDU.

Btw i fixed it

 

I connect other monitor and from other monitor i remove custom res 100x100 and then disconnect the second monitor, the res will be 640x480 and then u can set whatever u want
